WORK SCHEDULE: Normal work schedule, i.e., 6-week rotation, remunerated, shared as follow: 3 weeks worked (77 hours of work/week, 7 days a week) followed by a 3 rest weeks. |

Summary of responsabilities
Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, the coordinator organizes and coordinates the activities relative to the protection of the persons, sites and transport (air, road and maritime). His main responsibilities are:
- Identify the activities and the places with risks;
- Develop and set up procedures related with his business sector;
- Insure the security of the concentrated and the explosives;
- Manage the whole system of fire protection and the equipments of emergency intervention;
- Assure the responsability of the emergency plan;
- Coordinate the actions when an emergency situation arises and insures the links with all departments;
- Insure the respect of the policies of Canadian Royalties Inc in his business sector;
- Coordinate the training program of (premiers répondants);
Conditions
- University or college degree in an appropriate discipline;
- Eight ( 8 ) years of relevant experience in the field of urgent measures and of fire prevention;
- Fluency in French and English;
WORKING KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of the law and the rules in the field of emergency measures and safety ;
- Technical Knowledge in emergency intervention, fire safety, hazardous materials and rescue (height and closed spaces);
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite;

- Good sense of judgment, credibility, rigor, skill to intervene with all the employees;
- Analytical mind and good sense of observation;
- Skills recognized in organization and planning;
- Resourcefulness, dynamism and autonomy;
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team;
- Great capacity to adapt; openness; flexibility;
- Possessing superior organizational skills;
